After logging in, you'll be taken to your event dashboard, at the moment it is empty because you haven't created any events yet.
To Create A New Event
Click the blue button at the top right 'Create a New Event', you will reach a number of options that allow you to give some details about the type of event you will be hosting.
Please note that fields highlighted with * are mandatory fields and must be completed in order to save your event details.
The following can be set:

Event location: Not required but if you don’t set it you will need to set the timezone of the event

You can choose from the following options:

Fully private: All pages are password protected. Only guests with a login and password can access event information and register

Private reg only: The registration form is password protected and guests can register by invitation only. All other event information is publicly accessible

Open registration: Event information and registration accessible and open to all

Theme: This is the theme that the event will use, these are unique to the client instance

At what stage is your event currently?

Hospitality event: Selecting "Yes" will enable the hospitality module for this event, allowing you to allocate tickets to different business area (Function not available to all clients).

Enter the basic event information, such as name and date. Additional features to take note of here are as follows:
- Location - for live events, this sets the events' location and provides a map.
- Security - this gives you the option to make your event information private or public viewing. Private is ideal id your event is invite-only.
- Theme - different themes are available to choose in order to facilitate your event to the fullest.
- Event Team - event owner, admins and teams can be selected in this section.
- Status - you don't have to publish your event immediately. If you're pushed for time and need to come back to it at a later date, save to draft for however long you want. Once you're ready, this feature allows you to schedule a date for the event website to go live also.
Remember to click 'Create event' after you finish filling out the form, this button saves the event information.
