If you or your guest can’t seem to view your event please ensure that your event's publishing status is set on 'Live' mode. 'Draft' and 'Schedule' events mode will not be accessible, even if you have the event link.
There are two ways to set your event's publishing status to live, from your event dashboard.
(1) On the upper right-hand side of your dashboard, below 'Preview' website and on the same level to the event name, you will find a drop down menu where you can easily view and change your event's status.
(2) Click the ‘Edit event’ button on the top right-hand side of your screen.
This will bring up the Edit event form, make sure your event status is set on ‘Live’, click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the form to save any changes.
