User Passwords

This page outlines the password requirements and how to reset your password

This is only for admins on the Eventogy platform

Password requirements

• Longer than 8 characters

• One number

• One lower case letter

• One uppercase letter

• Password can’t be their email address

• A couple forbidden words (eventogy, password, qwerty, abc123)

In addition to this, the password is allowed to contain the following special characters ! "#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~

Password reset

• To initiate a password reset the user will need to click on the “Forgot your account details?“ link

• This takes them to the following page where they can enter their email and click on “Reset password“

• Once they have clicked on “Reset password“, they will be sent an email with a reset password link

• Clicking on the link will take them to the following page where they can enter their new password
