Adding Live Agenda Item

A regular agenda item taking place partly or fully in one or multiple locations

Add live agenda item

• To add a new live agenda item click on + Add item, doing this will bring up the page shown above

Live agenda options

• Date

• Start time

• End time (this needs to either be the same or after the start time)

• Show text instead of a time: if this is set the guests will see the text instead of the time when viewing the item

• Session Name

• Is this a meetings timeslot?

• Location

• Description
