Setting a condition on the registration form helps to show questions related to a specific answer, and is only available for those that match that criteria.
The set-up is done via two blocks of questions:
- Radio Button: Will be the question that triggers the condition
- Text Box: will be the questions to show if the condition is positive.
For instance, you are running a Job fair and you want to know if a guest has worked within your company.
1 - You will create the conditional question (Radio Button)

- Do you have any previous experience working with us?
- with two possible answers: ‘Yes’ and ‘No’.
2- If ‘Yes’ is selected (trigger condition) a Text Box question will be shown with a new question

How to set up a condition:
For the question you want to have a condition you need to go to the registration area and edit the registration form:
- To create the question you want to apply a condition
- To create the question you will show after the condition question is answered with the trigger
- From the list of questions you have created, select the question you want to have a condition and click on the Advanced options tab.
- Select the Conditional check box and save the changes
- Set up the condition by clicking on the button Conditionals:
- Click in the + NEW CONDITION:
- Select the trigger field, trigger value, and the Target fields/conditional fields and SAVE the condition:
- Once saved the condition, you will see a summary of the Conditional Validation. You can set up as many Conditions as you want.
- IMPORTANT:
Every time you make a change in the Registration Form you have to save the changes by clicking on the button Commit all draft changes.
To check the changes, click on the Registration Form Preview
Now you can see the new Conditional working as follows:
1 - Nothing selected (first-time user access to the Reg Form):
2 - When the user clicks YES:
3 - When the user clicks NO:
