Eventogy has a travel feature that helps your attendees to organize their travel and accommodation.
In the same way as the Guest List builder, you can add travel information in bulk by using Eventogy’s CSV template and uploading the spreadsheet into the system or by adding flights individually.
To access the travel arrangements function, click the ‘Travel’ link on the left-hand side of your event dashboard.
To bulk upload, click the ‘+ Add Flight’ button to add flights.
After clicking the ‘+ Add Flight’ button it will come up with a box that allows you to download the CSV template for you to fill out your flight details information.
After clicking the link ‘template’ from the add flight information box, it will then download the template where you can input your flights' details.
After filling out the template, upload the template into Eventogy to be processed and added.
To upload drag and drop the template to the box or alternatively click the ‘browse’ link to open up a file browser.
After uploading the template, Eventogy will then process it and give you a status message if there are any errors or if the upload has been successful.
