The travel module allows admins to keep track of flights for their guests

Add flight

• Click on + Add Flight, you should see the following screen

• On this screen you can set the following:

  • Flight type

  • Flight details

  • User access

Flight input

• Here you can either search for the flight or manually add it.

  • For Searching for flights, the following will be needed:

    • Airline code

    • Flight number

    • Date

  • For manually adding the flight the following will be needed:

    • Airline code

    • Flight number

    • Departure date

    • Departure time

    • Departure location

    • Arrival date

    • Arrival time

    • Arrival location

Import flights

• To import flights click on + Import Flights, the following screen will show up

• Here you can click on Download sample file to get a .csv file with the format needed for the flights

• You can upload the file here and it will import all the details into Eventogy
