Standard reports
Standard reports are ones that are always available but cannot be customized by the admins
There are two kinds of standard report:

Change Report

All Data Report
Change Report
-
This report will outline all changes made to guest registration data
All Data Report

As the name suggests, this is a report of all guest data for this particular event.

It will include all registration questions as well as the answers for each guest
-
It also includes data such as the guests status, registration date as well as the amend date (this is the date of the last change made to a guests data)

Custom reports
Custom reports are ones that are setup by the admins through Eventogy and allow the admins to specify which registration questions they want in the report and which user groups should be included

To add a new custom report the admin will need to click on “+ Add Custom Report“

This will bring out a slide out similar to the one below:

On the slide out the admin should set the name of the report and then select the required information from the report data, guest status and guest types.

Once done they can click on save and then download their custom report from the Your Custom Report tab
