Global Reports

Reports

This section will allow you to download a report containing various data between two dates. There are four reports available to download currently.

Start date will run from 00:00 of the day selected. If the start date is left blank, it will use 00:00 on the first day of the current month as the start date.

End date will run until 23:59 of the day selected. If the end date is left blank, it will use the current timestamp as the end date.

The four reports are:

• Unique Admin Users - A report of all admins who have logged into the instance between the start date and end date

• Unique Guest Users - A report of all guests who have logged into an event between the start date and end date

• Event Websites - A report of all event websites created between the start date and end date.

• Approvals - A report of all budget events approved between the start date and end date. This report may list duplicate events if there are multiple approvals on the event.
