This page lists all currently active investors. This is like a filtered and simplified version of the guest list, but with specific controls to help with managing the investors, scheduling meetings and extracting schedules. This view can be per individual, or per company where investors are grouped together by the company that is set on their registration.
Search
Search boxes allow you to filter the list by individual name or company name. This is a live JavaScript search that does not query the database, but just toggles display of investors. Suitable for using as a filter before bulk Quick actions.
Quick Actions

Merge Companies: Used to consolidate company names when in company view. Select the companies you wish to merge, and this action will let you define a new name to merge both into.

Autosort Meetings: After filtering and selecting the investors or companies you wish to sort into this meetings this action will run the ‘big’ autosort that chews through everyone and assigns as many meetings as possible while trying to group investors into groups based on their companies, language and investor type.

Download Schedules: Will generate and download the schedules of the selected investors. If PDF is selected then a new slideout will open and generate each PDF individually through loops AJAX calls. When finished each PDF can be downloaded separately or together in a ZIP.

Email Schedules: Simple quick email for generating and sending schedules. This can be done for any number of investors but will be sent only to the email address entered in the box. Useful for event managers who want all schedules sent to them so they can pass them on to reps or investors.
List Controls
The following information and controls are present for each Investor in the list:

Priority: Shows the investor’s priority number, if loaded in

Schedule links: Download PDF or XLS schedule for the investor

Requested / Assigned / Unassigned / Errors: Shows how many requests have been made vs how many of them have been assigned as meetings, how many haven’t (with a link to view them) and any errors that are being highlighted

Copy: This link will allow an investor to have the requests, availability and / or meetings copied from another investor in the came company

Name link: This will take you to the full meetings manager for this investor
Meetings Manager
The meetings manager screen is basically identical for Investors and Issuers. On the left is displayed all their available timeslots. For investors this is based on their selections on the ‘Meetings Availability’ question. ON the right shows all issuer requests they have made, along with the priority assigned to them.

Meetings are assigned by dragging and dropping the requests into a timeslot or clicking on the autosort button.

Hovering over the time icon next to an issuer will show you their available time. If you drag them into an unavailable time, an error will show.

Each time meetings are saved there is an option to include an edit comment, that will be visible at the top of the page for others to view.

The previously mentioned ‘unassigned comments’ box can be seen udner each issuer when they are in the unassigned position on the right hand side.
