Issuer user types |
The selected user types will be shown in their respective issuer companies once they've registered. |

The selected columns will be shown along side Company and Priority / Request on registration. |

This will override the default text included at the top of the schedule email that can be sent from the issuer meetings page. |
Investor Settings

Attendee user types |
The selected user types will be used to populate the list of meetings attendees in the Meetings Manager. |

Time slots |
If the user selects 'Build from Agenda' then the time slot question on the registration form will be built automatically from the Agenda items that have been selected to be meeting times. Manually defining these slots will allow the user to input each time for each day. |
Autosort / Scheduling settings

Arrival / departure buffer |
If the Investors are providing arrival and departure information, you can enter the number in minutes that should be excluded either side for meetings. |

Group meetings default limit (INDIVIDUAL) |
Currently only active for Santander. When autosorting this will set the default limit for individuals in meetings, if the meeting has no limit set |

Group meetings fall-back limit (COMPANIES) |
Currently only active for Santander. When autosorting this will set the fallback limit for investor companies in meetings, if the meeting has no limit set. This is is ensure a proper spread of meetings |

Tier 2 autosort priority |
Currently only active for Santander. This sets the priority cut-off in the autosort for when tier 2 investors switch from being assigned 1-on1s only to allowing small group meetings to be assigned. |
Schedule settings

Allow sales and users to view the schedules. |

Controls whether the location column will show on schedules |

Show meeting type on schedule? |
Controls whether the meeting type will show on schedules. This is auto generated based on how many investors are in the meeting (1-1, 2-1 etc) |

Show unassigned requests on issuer schedule? |
Controls whether the issuer sees all the investors that requested meetings with them but were not given them |

Show unassigned requests on investor schedule? |
Controls whether the investors sees all their requests that were not fulfilled |

If active, show unassigned comments on issuer schedule? |
On each of the meeting managers comments can be placed under unassigned issuers or investors. This controls whether those comments are shown on the schedules or now |

If active, show unassigned comments on investor schedule? |
As above but for investors |

Show issuer representatives on investor schedule? |
Controls whether the investor sees the individuals attending for the issuer |

Show investor cancellations on issuer schedule? |
Controls whether the issuer sees their assigned investors who have since cancelled (they will show in red if this is active) |

Show calendar links on schedules? |
Controls whether issuers and investors see an automatically generated calendar link to put a given meeting in their calendars (downloads a standard ICS file) |
